The Important Stuff:

BOOK YOUR SESSION: Choose your session and call us with a credit card. Your date can only be secured by paying for your session fee and it is not refundable without a 48 hour notice of cancellation.

SESSION DATE: Come to your session with the appropriate amount of clothing choices and your $150 advance. We book your ordering appointment three weeks from your session. 

$150 ADVANCE: The $150 advance is required to receive your image catalog in the mail approximately two weeks from your session.

I KNOW WHAT I WANT: For those who have decided which collection they want, you may eliminate the ordering session by pre-paying for your Collection at the time of the session. We offer a 10% discount for collections purchased at the time of the session. Instead of the advance you pay for your collection and when you receive your catalog in the mail you make your pose choices and email them to the studio. We call you when your portraits are ready for pick up or you can pay an additional $15 and we will mail them to you. this eliminates a lot of trips to the studio.

IMAGE CATALOG: In an effort to make ordering process more convenient, clients now receive their images in a spiral bound image catalog by mail approximately two weeks from the session if they have chosen to pay the $150 advance. Those who have not may view their image catalog at the ordering appointment. 

ORDERING APPOINTMENT: This is booked at your session for three weeks from your session date. You will have received your image catalog by mail and made your preliminary decisions on your order. When you bring your image catalog to the ordering appointment we will apply your $150 advance to your order.  The image catalog is yours to keep with any fully paid order. If no order is placed or the catalog is not returned to the studio, the advance is forfeited.

ORDER/DELIVERY: Please allow 2-3 weeks for your portrait delivery. We will quality inspect the order and call you to make  a pick-up appointment. You may have them mailed to you for $15.

ONLINE ORDERING GALLERIES: After you have placed and paid for your order in full, we are more than happy to upload your images online to share with family and friends.  There is an online shopping cart for out-of-town family and friends to place their own orders.

YEARBOOK: Your yearbook specifications must be brought to the session. Digital files will only be released to the yearbook staff. Donna will email and contact the yearbook advisor to deliver files. Prints are complimentary with any paid order.

WEB-SHARING FILES: We provide your five favorite shots as websized files with studio logo for Seniors to share on MySpace, Facebook and Blogs.  Files are $5/ea for more.  Files are not released with out a paid order.

For those who wish for RUSH delivery there is a processing and rush fee of $125.
